Official Notice – Company Update (Effective November 3, 2025)

As of November 3, 2025, Quickest Exits LLC has ceased operations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We would like to reaffirm that Quickest Exits LLC has always operated solely as an independent consulting firm, dedicated exclusively to assisting clients with the cancellation of their timeshare memberships, as stated in our consulting agreements.

Please note that Quickest Exits LLC has no affiliation, partnership, or connection with any third parties or external companies offering settlements, reimbursements, or similar financial arrangements. Any such representations made by third parties are entirely unrelated to our firm and outside of our control.

At this time, we are no longer accepting new clients. Our focus remains on assisting only our current clients with active membership cancellation processes.

Due to external factors beyond our control, Quickest Exits LLC has already entered bankruptcy proceedings. We will continue to keep all existing clients informed of relevant updates via email or phone communication.

Regarding refund requests, please note that each case will be individually reviewed and addressed in accordance with the terms of each client’s consulting agreement and the applicable bankruptcy procedures. 

We kindly ask for patience during this process as we carefully evaluate every pending matter.
