Quickest Exit will make all reasonable efforts to protect your privacy and will not disclose any private or confidential information obtained from you without Your prior consent, unless said information is imperative for Quickest Exit to fulfill its contractual and/or legal obligations.

Therefore, any disputes arising from your visit to this website or from the purchase of products and services shall be arbitrated by state or federal courts in the state of Texas and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venues of the Texas legal system.

Refund and Cancellation Policy 

Client(s) may cancel at anytime via written notice mailed to Quickest Exit who will grant a refund when possible based on the following refund policy: 

• Cancellations received within 5 business days and no process or service has commenced client(s) will receive a full refund of all monies paid. 

• Cancellations received within 5 business days that have received any cancellation services indicating the process has commenced will receive a 50% refund. 

• Cancellations received anytime after 5 business days will not qualify for a refund of any kind. The refund policy reflects the time sensitive nature of the cancellation process in order to meet client expectations. 

Quickest Exit will begin working on your case immediately to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients. 

Communication Policy 

From time to time, you may need to converse with your resort regarding your timeshare or vacation membership. The resort may reach out to you or you may need to send in a document or an email. 

Quickest Exit requires that all correspondence between yourself and the resort or travel club take place only via email or registered mail. 

All documents and correspondence must be forwarded to Quickest Exit as soon as possible. This ensures that we will be able to provide the best possible service to you. 

Quickest Exit will not be held liable for the outcome of the cancellation process if this protocol is not followed. 

Quickest Exit Money Back Guarantee 

Quickest Exit LLC will guarantee a full refund for all monies paid if no cancellation was obtained and the client remains legally and financially responsible for the timeshare after 365 days. 

Any refund once approved will be processed within 15 working days.

If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
